Wii wont update wat do i do?

I can get past the test and I have the forcast chanel and news and check mii out and everyone votes, they work but i want to get onto wii shop but cant because i need to update update always says error after the test pes, I have been on nintendo support and researched error codes pls help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
