Help with feeding 13 month old twins?

hey my twins are 13 moths now and faith has allergies to dairy and soya and so doesnt eat any, she is under a dietician and everything so i know she is doing well but jasmine is not allergic to anything but they like to share food and i am worrying that by not giving jasmine yoghurts and cheese etc its going to make her not so healthy, what would you do, seperate them and stop them from sharing food and do them seperate meals (nightmare) or would you let them keep sharing but stoping jasmine from eating cheese yoghurt and stuf like that? jasmine does drink aprox 22oz of cows milk every day but thats the only dairy she has, so what would you do?
