Omg. AFter hurricane IKE??!?

Ok so after the hurricane, my dad used this hc adapter to the car and we could charge our phones there etc.. *(we didnt have electriicity. :() Well Now that we do, the charger is not working at all. It's a palm centro and it's fairly new. The light on the charger does not turn on , and the battery on my palm is completely drained. Can anyone help???? thanks soo much if you do!
