Kid's Educational 90's Computer Game?

Alright, one was all about playing tedious math games to earn some kind of currency and then you could go use it in their little arcade and one of the arcade games was guiding this dude around a school and janitors and stuff like that. I remember playing this in elementary school and i'm 17 now. There was also this one that was underwater and you explored random places...tis all i remember.
