Help with after having my gallbladder removed, pain in same are?

Its been 3 months since i had it removed. but today i woke up with no pain, and 20min later it felt like when i had a stone in my bile duct, it hurt so bad i couldnt move, couldnt sleep, couldnt do anything, it was right below the rib cage and it hurt really bad, what could this be? how can i fix this so it doesnt happen again?
