Looking for the best mothod of cleaning oil, and grime from an electric guitar fretboard..?

if it's rosewood, then use some lem oil and that should take most of it off..... what ever you do, avoid using a pick to sc the stuff off..... the best way to clean your fretboard is to remove all the strings and spray lem oil then use your fingernail under a soft piece of cloth to sc the stuff off.... that can be a pain, but it's the best way
