Why Im failed to all positions even part time job, I dont have chance to get interview, because of resume?

Your resume is waaaay too tered and confusing. Condense it and consolidate the most important parts of each section. It should be no more than a page in length. An employer should be able to pick it up and scan it and get everything they need in 10-15 seconds .
