Moving for a job bought a van for the purpose , can I deduct part of that from tax?

I paid 2500 (on top of trading in my old van) to buy a bigger van so I could tow my trailer accross country with all my stuff. I would have paid that money to the movers anyway. Can't I deduct some of that from taxes?
