What do you like to see in leaders?

Well I don't really envision a 'perfect' leader in the sense that they're always right or the most admirable person in the world. I'd like leaders to be somewhat like Che Guevara: people who know what they're fighting for, and burning pion for it, and a good heart to back it up. I don't look for a flawless person, I look for someone who is good hearted and not trying to hide their flaws, rather those who are working to fix them. People make mistakes and get hot-headed but as long as you can learn to get around and avoid flaws and have people there to help you lead with the skills you may lack is what makes someone a great leader. You have to have great support and deserve it.
