Reader poll: What's your ISP and how happy are you with them? How long have you had it?

I'd like to see user reviews of pretty much any ISP. Wireless, Broadband, anything except dial-up. I need to upgrade to something pretty fast and not too insanely costly. I also would like to know just how much they know about what you download. If you've ever received a letter about Copyright infringement or excessive data usage, feel free to add that detail to your vote. I hate any ISP that pokes around your stuff or wants money for unlimited usage and doesn't actually give you unlimited. Thanks. FYI, I'm with Qwest right now. It's so-so. But tech support SUCKS. =)
