What's wrong with me? My body is acting strange. Do I have an STD or HIV?? PLEASE HELP!!?

My is having a whiteish buildup, and when i'm washing it, it hurts, but not that bad usually i have to lift the hood back to make the pain go away. I'm having a real thick and white discharge, and i earlier in the week i had like lines of raised skin on my and thigh, but they went away after like 10 minutes. I also have like little goosebumps show up on my thigh and on lowerback, the ones on my lower back itch sometimes. This morning i noticed there was something on my hood of my , uhh i don't know how to explain it.... it looks like a cut, like the shape of a ciggarette burn, but reallll tiny. Do i have ? Omg please help, I already got tested last week tuesday, and i'm waiting on the results. But it seems like the day after i saw the doctor all of this stuff started happening. So i just need something instead of nothing until I get my results. Thank you.
