How do i tune my Challenger R/T in NFS Pro Street?

I have had a Challenger R/T for a while now and have bought all the stage 3's for it that i can but i still can't perform very well in the wheelie competitions. Is there anything i can do to make me wheelie better or even to make the car go faster? Im using the ps3 version of the game if it matters.
