Can someone simply describe the difference between one or more of these Christian denominations...?

This is really too large a question and you would be better to google for their statements of faith. But very briefly: Lutherans, Methodists, Anglicans and Presbyterians all baptize babies. Presbyterians and (in theory) Anglicans are Calvinist, Methodists are Arminian. Presbyterians and Anglicans differ on church government. Lutherans hold to con-substantiation. Nazarenes are a Holiness church which means they believe that once you are baptized with the Holy Spirit you never sin again (ha ha!)
