Problems sleeping at night. help!?
Diet pills can cause insomnia no matter what time during the day you take them. You really should talk to your doctor and find out if there's a different pill you can take. Your body could be going through withdrawal of all the junk things you used to eat (sugar, processes foods, caffeine, etc.). Or you could be worried about something - a problem you still need to solve. Unfortunately it could be so many things! I'm sorry you're suffering though... it's no fun at all, I go through it from time to time but it has more to do with menapause than anything else (just wait until you're in THAT phase if you think you're suffering from lack of sleep now, lol).
