Am I possibly pregnant?

Yesterday I started bleeding, not merely enough to be described as a 'period', more a light show. It was a pinky/brown colour and I have been getting stomach cramps, they're relatively uncomfortable a dull ache under the rib cage, or a kind of rumbling in my stomach. It only started last night and I have had more of the same today. I have been 'googling' these symptoms and all signs point to pregnancy. They claim these symptoms generally show 8-10 days after fertilisation, which when thinking about it is more than likely. In the past week, I have too been more prone to mood swings, getting incredibly upset or frustrated at the smallest thing.
