Is Jacksonville University(Florida) a party school?

Looking at colleges and just wondering if JU has any good parties and how often. I know the fraternities are in dorms here and that kind of turns me off since I want to join a fraternity and live in a frat house! And anyone that is going to comment saying I shouldn't be partying and should be studying instead can just not comment since that wasn't a part of the question!
